A DVD/CD single disc burner

Why this connection makes a difference:
All forensic interviews we conduct with children who are abused are DVD recorded. A copy must always be burned and handed over to law enforcement as part of the case evidence. We currently have a disc burner that is malfunctioning and in need to repair. We always need a back up system but have not been able to afford it.
