Sally Shrimp: The Tale of a Farm Raised Shrimp (this may change to include Flynn Fish)

Many children are unaware of aquaculture, and the benefits it can provide for the species populations and food generation of the future. Sally Shrimp, along with her sidekick Flynn Fish, are children's book characters that will take children on an adventure into the world of aquaculture. They will explain some of the elementary science involved in aquaculture.

Why this connection makes a difference:
Sally Shrimp and Flynn Fish will teach children the basic principles of what aquaculture is, how it can benefit people, and make them aware of some of the environmental problems facing many fish and shrimp species around the world.

Cost: $850
